Forum Rental Apartment

In collaboration with Jonathan Lob from Innen Design, I had the opportunity to remodel the living and dining areas of this rental apartment. The goal was to enhance the functionality, comfort, and style of the space while respecting the architectural integrity of the original design.

The design concept revolves around minimalist sophistication, combining clean lines and subtle textures. The use of neutral tones in the furniture and décor is balanced by contrasting accents, such as the dramatic dark cabinetry in the dining area and the light, airy seating arrangements in the living room. The design integrates elements of modern luxury while ensuring that the space is still practical for everyday living. The goal was to create a chic yet inviting atmosphere suitable for a high-end rental.

A refined material palette was chosen to elevate the space. In the living area, light fabrics and textures, such as soft grey tones in the furniture and rugs, provide warmth and comfort. The dining area features a striking marble dining table, paired with minimalistic pendant lighting that adds sophistication. The dark wood paneling on the wall behind the fireplace introduces depth and contrast, enhancing the luxurious feel of the space.
