Support for Architects & Interior Designers – Kitchen design Garrity Residence

This kitchen project was a remote collaboration with GPC Homes, a construction company based in Williamsburg, Virginia. I was brought in to transform their 2D floor plans into a detailed 3D model and realistic renders. Working independently, I focused on improving the original layout and refining the aesthetic direction of the space.

The design features light grey lacquered melamine cabinetry and a Grey marble finishes, creating a clean and elegant contrast. Beyond visual appeal, I proposed a functional layout that improved flow and usability for the client. I also developed a layered lighting scheme that includes pendant fixtures, LED strips, and recessed spotlights to enhance both functionality and ambiance.

This one-week project is a great example of how remote design can be fast, efficient, and collaborative. With clear communication and a strong design direction, the result is a modern kitchen that balances practicality with a polished, timeless look.
