Prospect Student House

This student housig is located in the heart of Berkeley, California, just one block from the UC Berkeley campus.

I made the interior design and facade intervention project, as well as the common areas, bathrooms, and bedrooms of this student residence. The appearance was revamped using an industrial style combined with mid-century modern elements, resulting in comfortable and modern common spaces along with fully furnished rooms.

Regarding the facade design, I proposed several options using a variety of colors and finishes to meet the specific needs of the client. The result of this exploration was astonishing.
