Support for Architects & Interior Designers – Residential Concept

This residential project in Adelaide, Australia shows how I collaborate with interior designers to transform early sketches into complete, buildable designs. For the master ensuite, I was given a rough hand-drawn concept and turned it into a professional package that could be confidently presented to the client.

I developed the 3D model in SketchUp, created realistic renders in D5, and produced detailed plans, elevations, and construction drawings in Layout. In addition, I built the FF&E schedule, ensuring all finishes and fixtures were clearly specified. Along the way, I optimized the layout, corrected technical issues, and added clarity to the proposal.

The final ensuite combines travertine stone, Pietra Mist granite, microcement, and integrated LED lighting to achieve a modern, elegant aesthetic. This collaboration not only elevated the client’s presentation but also saved them time and gave their studio the confidence to deliver a design that is both visually striking and ready for execution.
